Trump Warns Hamas: US President Donald Trump has said that Hamas would face "elimination" if it again violates a ceasefire in the Middle East. Trump said at the White House that Hamas would have to be "good" and behave well—or they would be wiped out. 

Hamas no longer has Iran's support—Trump

He also claimed that now Hamas is not getting as much external support as before, especially from Iran. Trump said that Hamas has used violence in the past, but now their support is limited, and they have to accept this.

Trump made it clear that there would be no involvement of American ground forces in any such action. His comments came during a meeting with Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese in the Oval Office, where the two leaders also signed a major agreement on minerals and defense cooperation. 

Trump's envoy met Netanyahu

Earlier, US special envoy Steve Witkoff and Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner met Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem. The visit is seen as part of Trump's efforts to strengthen the 20-point pledge and ceasefire agreement in the Middle East.

Israel has also called for "renewal" of the ceasefire agreement following airstrikes in Gaza.
